Junior League of Milwaukee University (JLMU)

JLMU offers a wide variety of educational and training courses. The various sessions range in topic from fun motivating classes, which help in our personal well-being, to basic leadership courses.

The next JLMU session, Wednesday, January 27th, 6pm, Gilda's Club, Shorewood. PLEASE BRING DONATION FOR META HOUSE, DIAPERS/BOTTLES/FORMULA ETC (Meta House Wish List); all donated items will be given to the Meta House.

The following are going to be speakers that evening.

Public Speaking: Speaker Richard Schreiner, past Area Governor from Toastmasters of southeastern Wisconsin.

Social Etiquette: Speaker Jennifer Bartolotta, owner Train-2-Gain, etiquette training for companies.

Social Media: Speaker Kyle Blades, owner Rebel, social media networking expert, discussion on Facebook, Twitter, blogging and much more!

Come join us at the first annual New Year, New You Health Fair on Saturday, January 23, 2010. A health fair located at Cross Lutheran Church, 1821 N 16th St Milwauke,WI. Bring your children & families to learn more about healthy eating, dental care, and exercise. Volunteers can register through the JLM calendar for volunteer shifts.

Sustaining members of the Junior League of Milwaukee are women who are 40 years of age or more and who have completed a minimum of two years of Active service, or members under 40 years of age who have completed 10 years of Active service.

The Sustainers of the Junior League of Milwaukee welcome all new and transferring Sustainers! Becoming a Sustainer marks a new beginning. It is a time to renew old friendships and make new ones as well. Read more about the numerous social opportunities.
