JLM members have been trained to become AAA Certified Car Seat technicians and participate in SAFE KIDS Coalition’s Car Seat Safety Checks. JLM has also provided event promotion, volunteer solicitation and other event coordination. The National SAFE KIDS Campaign is the first and only national organization dedicated specifically to the prevention of unintentional childhood injury. This year the JLM will also work with SAFE KIDS Coalition to establish a permanent car seat fitting station.
