There are many benefits to joining the Junior League of Milwaukee.

Training
By moving throughout the different areas of the League, Members have opportunities to explore and develop in Administration, Community, Fundraising and Training. All of our members build upon their skills and contribute to our strength along the way.

Networking
Members working side by side, serving their community, form lasting friendships. Networking opportunities also exist though collaborations with other community, state and national organizations.

Leadership Development
Members develop core skills by serving on League committees that transfer well to their personal and professional lives. Many League members are afforded opportunities to serve on community boards and other local/national leadership programs.

Membership Transferability - National and International
League membership is transferable throughout the United Sates, Canada, Great Britain and Mexico, thus providing members with a network in a new community.
