E-Store Policies

Payment
The Junior League of Milwaukee ("JLM") E-Store accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards. The JLM does not accept checks or cash online. Your credit card will be billed at the time of shipment.

Sales Tax
Shipments within Wisconsin will be charged 5.6% sales tax.

Return/Exchange Policy
Notify us immediately at info@jlmilw.org if you receive damaged merchandise. Claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of shipment. Your e-mail order confirmation or packing list must be included with return. Replacement merchandise will be sent once the returned item is received. Except for damaged merchandise, all sales are final.
