The Spring Showcase is produced by the Milwaukee/NARI Home Improvement Council, Inc., sponsored by Marvin Windows and Weather-Tek Design Center, and presented by Sherwin Williams. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is the event's media partner.

The Spring Showcase will allow attendees to view more than 15 recently completed remodeling and home improvement projects from Milwaukee/NARI contractors at homes throughout southeastern Wisconsin. These will include renovated kitchens, bathrooms, master suites, and lower levels, plus additions and whole house remodels.

Milwaukee/NARI will provide a portion of ticket sales proceeds to the Junior League of Milwaukee, plus a "finders fee" for having members that completed remodeling projects with Milwaukee/NARI contractors on the tour of homes. In addition, the Junior League will receive a full-page ad in the associations Resource Guide that is produced in conjunction with the Spring Showcase and be able to sell organization cook books at the project locations.
