Dear Prospective 2017 Holiday Boutique Merchant,
Planning is well underway for the Junior League of Milwaukee’s 11th Annual Holiday Boutique. The Junior League of Milwaukee is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
As one of the Junior League’s major fundraiser, proceeds from Holiday Boutique help to fund our community efforts throughout the year. The 2017 Holiday Boutique will be a one day event on Friday, November 10th. The event will be held at North Shore Event Centre (formerly known as the Radisson North Shore) which will provide a high traffic setting among our target demographic that our members and vendors will truly appreciate. We are dedicated to making this another fabulous, fun and profitable event for all!
2017 Holiday Boutique Information
Location: North Shore Event Centre (formerly the “Radisson”), 7065 N Port Washington Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53217
Date: Nov. 10, 2017
Booths: 2 Options: single or double booth occupancy comprised of 8 foot table(s).
Application: All vendors, whether returning or new, must complete the attached application. If you are new to the event, we ask that along with your application you submit photographs, brochures, or samples that best represent the merchandise you will have in your booth. Merchants will be selected through a jury process. Photographs will also help us market the event to our members – these can be sent electronically to email@example.com if you prefer. Please label all samples and pictures with your merchant name. If you would like to have samples returned upon completion of our jury process, return postage or a UPS call ticket must be included. If return postage is not included, we will assume that you are donating your samples for us to use in our raffle. Completion of application does not guarantee selection.
Acceptance: A jury of Junior League members will review each application. Upon acceptance, vendors will receive a contract with fee information. You will be required to provide an item with a minimum value of $25 to be part of our raffle featuring vendor items only. At that time, you will be able to make special requests regarding setup.
Deadline: Early application: Vendors who complete application by March 30, 2017 will qualify for a discounted booth fee. If accepted, we must receive a signed contract and payment by April 15, 2017 in order to qualify for the discounted rate.
Applications after March 30, 2017: For applications received after March 30 th deadline, vendors will be accepted on a rolling basis. Once accepted, you will have 2 weeks to send in your contract and payment to hold your place.
