The Junior League of Milwaukee is committed to responding to the needs of the greater Milwaukee community. Our community focus areas are the education, health, and nutrition of women and children. Each year the Community Council within the League looks for ways to expand our impact and volunteer opportunities for our members.

Our community involvement supports the efforts of many organizations that work in these areas. We build on these efforts with the funds we raise, and the time and talents of our dedicated members. Members are trained by the League to be the most effective volunteers ready to respond to the ever-changing needs of this community.

We are proud of the impact our members have made on our local community. Our recent work with numerous local partners includes: Kids Matter, Meta House, the Milwaukee Sensitive Crimes Unit, Habitat for Humanity, Hunger Task Force, Cathedral Center, BloodCenter of Wisconsin, and many more in the past 100 years!
