President: Andi Sciacca
Andi Sciacca is an advocate for access, education, and equity – and a proud #MKEpreneur. She is currently leading the development of the MKE Food School – working to create the space for a more inspired and inclusive conversation around Milwaukee’s community table. Andi fondly remembers accompanying her mother to JLM events when she was a young girl – and followed in her footsteps, becoming a member of the Junior League of Milwaukee in 2017.
Professionally, Andi brings diverse outside board and leadership experiences to her role. She previously taught for Bard College, the City University of New York, the State University of New York, and served as a dean at The Culinary Institute of America (CIA). She is now the director of curriculum and program design for the CIA’s graduate program, The Food Business School, and currently teaches courses in the Liberal Studies program for MIAD.
Andi also serves on the board of directors for CultivateMKE, Just a Girl’s Inclusivity Advisory Board, and consults with The Hacksaw Food Institute – a program for creating sustainability education opportunities for veterans. She also works with Big Brothers Big Sisters and volunteers with programs focused on youth mentoring, workforce development, and food justice advocacy – and she leads workshops on community-building with a focus on ethics and civil discourse. She is a member of several social, philanthropic, and philosophical organizations. She loves the Junior League – and is delighted to have this opportunity to serve in this capacity.
President-Elect: Erin Donegan
Erin Donegan joined the Junior League of Milwaukee in 2015. Her placements include the Holiday Boutique committee, two years on Nominating, and most recently as Chair-Elect and Chair of the New Member Recruitment & Orientation committee where she oversaw a complete redesign of Provisional curriculum and overall experience.
Professionally, Erin manages the digital marketing and communications team at Dental Associates where she oversees their websites, content creation, SEO, social media, internal communications, and public relations.
Erin is passionate about improving the League’s visibility and recognition in the community to increase both new donors and Provisional members. Through her enthusiasm for developing high-performing teams and experience creating long-term strategic marketing plans, she looks forward to continuing to implement our 2020-2023 Strategic Plan.
Erin earned a BA in Public Relations from Drake University and an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Recording Secretary: Marita Stollenwerk
Marita Stollenwerk has served as the VP of Finance (2020-2021), Director of Communications ( 2018-2019 and 2019-2020), Grants Committee (Chair-Elect 2016-2017and Chair 2017-2018), Website Committee (2015-2016), and Done in a Day (2013-2014 and 2014-2015). She joined the League during the 2012 /13 League Year as a way to become more engaged in her adopted City of Milwaukee and to meet ladies looking to make a difference.
During the day, Marita works as a Senior Project Manager for an Environmental Consulting firm, specializing in commercial environmental due diligence and soil and groundwater contamination assessment/remediation. Marita’s passion is the cleanup and redevelopment of blighted, abandoned and contaminated properties as a way to stimulate neighborhood revitalization.
She has a dual degree from Boston University in Environmental Science and Geology and is a registered professional geologist and licensed asbestos inspector. Outside of work and the Junior League, Marita serves on the board of Curative Care. She enjoys spending her mornings rowing on the Milwaukee River, and is supporting her three children with their virtual school.
Treasurer: Marina Pappas
Marina Pappas is a Wisconsin native who joined JLM in 2019 to follow in her mother’s JLM footsteps! During her first year as a provisional, she led the organizational donation drive for Sojourner Family Peace Center and found her passion in overseeing projects and monitoring financials. She is active on the Finance Committee assisting both the Done in a Day and Signature Project Committees.
Professionally, Marina is the current director of annual giving with the Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers, but before starting with Sixteenth Street, she was an executive director with the Muscular Dystrophy Association in addition to the National Alliance on Mental Illness in Racine County. A proud UW-Madison alumna, Marina has focused her career on nonprofit management and sustainability. She lives in Milwaukee with her boyfriend, and their beloved 15-pound cat, Nala!
Director at Large (2020-2022): Sibylle Tasker
Sibylle Tasker has been a Junior League member since 1999, originally joining in Palo Alto, CA. She transferred to the Milwaukee league in 2003 and has been an engaged member for the last 16 years. Her experience within the JLM includes Community Partnerships, Solicitations, 90th Signature Project, and liaison to Kids Matter Inc. Following her time as JLM liaison to Kids Matter Inc, Sibylle became a Kids Matter Inc. Board member in 2005, and has been the Board President since 2009.
She has also volunteered with the Elm Grove Junior Guild. Sibylle was their executive Board Finance Chair from 2007-2008 and the President from 2009-2010. She has also volunteered with the Friends of Elm Grove Library in VP and chair roles, served as the Tonawanda PTO President, served on the Ephraim Yacht Club Board of Directors for eight years, and is currently chairing the All-Academy Military Ball.
Director at Large (2021-2023): Nicole Gulatz
Nicole Gulatz joined JLM in 2014. She served as a member of the Community Program Planning Committee and then ascended to Chair-Elect and Chair, leading the effort to select the League’s Centennial Anniversary partner, Aurora Health Care’s Safe Home Environment program. She served as President of the League for the 2018-19 year and since has served as a member of Website and Nominating.
Nicole has spent her entire career working in fundraising getting her start with the American Red Cross in Washington, DC. After 10+ years at Red Cross in October 2019 she became the Vice President of Development at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee. (And often cites her JLM experience as what prepared her for the new role!)
Nicole has a Bachelor’s degree from the UW-Madison in International Studies and Political Science. Nicole is a member of TEMPO, the Planned Giving Council of Eastern Wisconsin, the League of Women Voters and Milwaukee Film. In her free time she loves running, hiking, making & reading zines and in the pre-(and post!) COVID world, she loves enjoying the many festivals and events around Greater Milwaukee. She lives in the Murray Hill neighborhood with her husband and their three pets.
Executive Vice President: Margaret Krei
Margaret Krei joined JLM in the 2011-2012 League year. She has served on DIAD, Kids in the Kitchen, and Nominating. She was a Past Chair-Elect and Chair of DIAD, Chair-Elect of Donor Relations, and Director of Community. Outside JLM, she is a Grant Committee Chair for Impact100 Greater Milwaukee, a Scholarship Committee member and Mentor for the Rotary Club of Milwaukee, and volunteer for Legal Action of Wisconsin’s Eviction Defense Project.
Margaret earned a BA in International Affairs with minors in double minor in political science and art history from George Washington University in Washington, DC and a law degree from Marquette University. She has two dogs, Frankie (9 months) and Opie (10.5 years).
